Can you start right away?
It’s possible, but my main focus is on current clients. Contact us for more info.
Can you offer help with printing?
Yes. I have extensive experience dealing with commercial printers, and I am more than happy to offer advice about how money can be saved.
Is my company too small for START Communications?
Not at all. We work with companies of all sizes from small startup businesses to national corporations, we are thrilled to work with people who want to be the best, and we will deliver our very best to make that happen!
Are you expensive?
No! In fact we offer tremendous value. Everything we design, publish online and in print is done with an end use in mind. We literally help companies make more money.
What is the cost per hour?
Our hourly rate will vary depending on what services are required. While a service like photo re-touching will be on the lower end, web and mobile development, brand strategy and art direction will be associated with higher costs. We charge by the project, quotations are provided to our clients once we have a clear understanding of what is required.
You’re in a different province or country from me. Will this affect things?
Many of my clients come from outside British Columbia, mainly because of my strong search engine rankings and client referrals. This hasn’t adversely affected any of my design projects, and while I’d love to meet face-to-face, it can often save time by communicating only via telephone and email.
What exactly do I receive during the course of the project?
I will normally send clients a PDF presentation showing one or two effective design solutions. Communication can be by phone and/or email to discuss the project.
